Regular Yoga Classes focus on daily maintenance, general flexibility, and stress relief. Yoga Training is a structured 3-month skill-development program divided into Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced tiers focused on step-by-step posture mastery and athletic discipline.
2. How do I know which tier (B, I, or A) I should join?
If you are new to structured yoga, we recommend starting with the Beginner tier. Our trainer will observe your alignment in your first week and recommend an upgrade to Intermediate or Advanced if your practice is already strong.
3. Are 1-on-1 personal training sessions available?
Our standard Yoga Training is conducted in interactive live online group batches. 1-on-1 private training is offered selectively upon special request. Please contact us directly for personal consultation.
4. How are online sessions conducted?
All online group sessions are streamed live via Google Meet with real-time video guidance and verbal posture corrections from certified instructors.
